There is wheelchair access into the venue via a ramp to the right of the entrance. From here there is lift access to all levels within the venue including the Auditorium, Sussex Studio and bar areas. An accessible toilet is located on Level 2.
Access performances including Relaxed Performances, will be advertised on our website and further information can be obtained from our Box Office team.
We’re happy to offer complimentary tickets for companions. As standard, our wheelchair positions and other ‘Accessible Seats’ come with one free ticket. Free standing seats are positioned next to wheelchair spaces for companions. For ambulant disabled/ non-wheelchair users and their companions, you can choose to sit in any area of the auditorium. Our Box Office team are happy to support you in making a decision as to where best to sit.
An Infra-Red Hearing Support System is available in the Main Auditorium only. Infra-red neck receivers are available and can be requested at the ticket office or by asking a member of the Front of House team. Please note there are limited receivers available, and they can only be used if microphones are used during the performance. Our Box Office will be able to advise you on the best available seats to ensure the best use of the system.
