This fun parent and toddler group explores singing, movement and drama in and around the historic White Rock theatre. A great way to introduce rhythm, social skills, and interaction with others. The first term will focus on learning through creative play, improvisation, and character and script work. Members will work towards performances at the theatre and externally. Join our Theatre Company and get serious about drama. You will explore skills including script analysis, in-depth character work and study different practitioners. Our first term will focus on producing an immersive promenade theatre piece. All members will work towards regular presentations as well as some exciting external performance opportunities. From improvisation to musical theatre and filmmaking, we have it all! Participants have the opportunity to work towards performances at the end of each term, or even enter competitions and perform at external events.
