Unravelling Twins

The trouble with most stories about twins is that usually the twins have to be super weird. Or one of them has to die. Anna and Georgina, identical twins, know that real life is actually much less dramatic… isn’t it?

A new play.

“A few people have said words to the effect of ‘ it must be the hardest thing in the world to watch your twin sister going through this’.
But I just went into Tesco metro at 9:55pm and they had Geri Halliwell’s ‘Dondé está mi chico latino’ playing. So I know different.”

Identical twins and long-time ER fans, Anna and Georgina hit 40 and are shocked to find themselves in a medical drama of their own. Faced with inordinate amounts of time in hospital, there’s only one way to make it through: by making the other one live through it too.

Told via letters, re-enactments of hospital appointments and the healing power of 80s pop icons, this is their story of twins. Unravelling.
