Tenors Unlimited are excited to announce their new ‘Great Songs’ tour. Featuring Paul Martin and Jem Sharples who are at their peak performing together for over 20 years.
Their repertoire includes popular classics with crooner and pop favourites, as well as original songs. These range from ‘The Pearl Fisher’s Duet’, ‘Nessun Dorma’, ‘Some Enchanted Evening’ (South Pacific), ‘Can’t Take My Eyes Off You’ (Franki Valli), ‘Moon River’ and Paul Martin’s own composition, ‘My Love Will Carry You to the Shore’.
Tenors Unlimited are the UK’s original classical crossover ‘man band’. They perform internationally and have shared stages with stars such as Sting, Lionel Richie, Katherine Jenkins, Beyoncé, Hayley Westenra, Simply Red, and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra to name a few.
They have appeared on television, radio, and at top venues such as the Royal Albert Hall and the Royal Festival Hall. The group sang at the memorial service for football legend Sir Bobby Robson and sang live at Wembley Stadium at the FA Cup Final.
In 2019 the group won the Broadway World Best Touring Show Award in the USA and have achieved a number one hit on the iTunes classical chart with ‘Who is He?’ in aid of The Salvation Army.
At this performance, Tenors Unlimited will be joined by the following local choirs – Battle and Langton Primary School, winner of the Rotary Club’s Junior Choir Competition and St Pauls CE Academy, the runners-up.
Indulge yourself in an exciting night’s entertainment as these great showmen captivate you with soaring vocals, velvet harmonies, and a killer sense of humour!
Tenors Unlimited are patrons of the Rotary Club’s Choir Competition.
