Nadine Passley

Venue Director

Nadine is a theatre manager and aspiring playwright from Hastings. She has a degree in European Theatre from Rose Bruford College, and a Master’s in Advanced Theatre Practice at Royal Central School of Speech & Drama. She spent six years at the Piccadilly Theatre and joined the management team at the White Rock in 2019. She is thrilled to have taken up the role of Venue Director and is currently finishing a degree in British Sign Language, having an active interest in the Deaf Community.

Natasha Holt

Operations Manager

Tash has over 15 year's experience in the Hospitality industry, from bars, pubs and clubs to underground skate parks, she has enjoyed working in all areas of operations. Being born and bred in St Leonards, she enjoys keeping up with the thriving local art seen and creating her own stain glass works, having studied Fine Art Drawing at Camberwell College, London.

Rosie Field

Marketing Manager

With a background in fine arts and heritage comms, Rosie has worked in PR and marketing for regional theatres since 2018. Prior to joining the team at The White Rock, she was Marketing Manager at The Churchill Theatre Bromley. There she gained valuable experience in audience development as well as working on campaigns for some of the most high-profile touring shows in the UK.

Adam Harkin

Building and Technical Manager

Adam started at the White Rock in 1995, working his way up from a casual Follow Spot Operator, to Building and Technical Manager, working most backstage jobs in between. He has a vast knowledge of the building, events and shows that come to the venue, as well as a great working relationship with touring crew and Company Managers.

Rebecca Greaves

Venue Administrator

Rebecca joined the White Rock three years ago, bringing with her over 15 years of extensive experience in customer service and account management. Her professional journey has taken her across various markets, including the UK and Dubai, where she honed her skills and gained a broad perspective on customer relations and account management.

Trea Boyce

Venue Manager

From the early days attending White Rock Theatre as a member of the Summer Youth Project and attending shows, to a Front of House career in stadiums across the East Coast and in London, Trea has returned home from University of Westminster and is back in the White Rock Theatre family. As the saying goes – there’s no place like home!

Laura Bateman

Learning & Participation Manager

Laura has a background in design for performance having spent several years working as a Set Designer in London whilst working towards her teaching degree. After 15 years of teaching, she is delighted to combine her two passions at the White Rock as Learning and Participation Manager.
