Work Experience

The White Rock Theatre provides work experience placements for local students from Year 10 and above. Priority will be given to students from Hastings & Rother. Placements last for one week.

What will I do on a placement?

Work Experience students will receive an overview of how the theatre works by spending time with each department throughout the week. The majority of this time will be admin-based duties within our Front of House, Ticket Office, Marketing & Education departments. Technical duties will be dependent on the programme in the venue at the time of your placement.

How long is the placement?

Placements run for 5 days during term time, and might include a Saturday or evening shift.
