Here’s everything you need to know

Your safety, comfort and enjoyment remains our number one priority. We’ll be following all government guidelines and this page will be regularly updated as things change. Please check again before you visit for the latest information. We will also email you before you attend, including anything that may be specific to your event.

Please note: no-one in your party should attend a performance if they have any of the following symptoms:

  • A high temperature
  • A new, continuous cough
  • A loss or change to your sense of taste and smell

Please get in touch prior to the event and we will be happy to exchange your ticket or issue a credit voucher.


For certain events, if you are over 18 we may require you to evidence your Covid-19 status before you enter the building.

We have different risk control measures in place for different events, however all audience members should come prepared as these arrangements are regularly reviewed.

You can evidence your Covid-19 status in ONE of the following ways:

1. Demonstrate Full Vaccination

  • Show a COVID Pass (via NHS app or NHS website) or;
  • Show your Vaccine Card and Photo ID or;
  • Show an NHS COVID Pass letter (which can be requested via NHS website or by calling 119 at least 14 days prior to your visit)

2. Demonstrate a Negative PCR / LFT Test

  • Show COVID Pass (via NHS app or NHS website) or;
  • Show NHS email or text message received after negative PCR/LFT

3. Demonstrate Natural Immunity

  • Show COVID Pass (via NHS app or NHS website) or;
  • Show an NHS COVID Pass letter (which can be requested via NHS website or by calling 119 at least 14 days prior to your visit

Before you visit

Check for symptoms

Before your visit, we recommend that you take an NHS lateral flow test. Please only attend the show if the result is negative. 

If you or anyone in your party feels unwell with the above symptoms, they should not attend.

Please get in touch via our enquiry form prior to the event and we will be happy to exchange your ticket or issue a credit voucher.

Leave more time

There may be additional checks and procedures to complete, so please leave plenty of time for your arrival. We’ll be maximising circulation space, reducing queues and opening auditorium doors as early as possible.  

When you arrive

Touch-Free Tickets

To reduce contact and paper usage, all future tickets should be booked in advance wherever possible and will be issued as e-tickets. Read more  

A confirmation email will be sent when you book; and e-tickets will be sent closer to the time of the event. We’ll be scanning tickets on arrival, so please have them ready.  If you don’t have a mobile phone, you will be able to print your e-ticket from home. 

If we need to replace the tickets you have been sent previously, we’ll email a ticket with a barcode before you attend.  

Checking In

You’ll be able to check-in via QR code using the NHS COVID 19 app when you arrive.

During your visit

Face Coverings

We recommend the wearing of face-coverings throughout your visit and particularly in busy and crowded areas. If you are exempt please consider wearing a Sunflower lanyard or badge to demonstrate this to our team and to others. We are operating in a Covid-safe manner and following all guidelines, but would ask customers to remain considerate of fellow audience members.

Handwashing

We’ll provide hand sanitiser stations throughout the venue. Please use them and/or wash your hands regularly using soap and warm water. 

Keeping Your Distance

Out of courtesy to others, please continue to leave as much space as you can. Please also take note of directional signage and follow any one-way systems that may be in place.

Cleaning, ventilation & cloakrooms

We’ll be cleaning all areas more frequently and thoroughly, including wiping down surfaces throughout your visit.  We’ll also be increasing fresh-air ventilation throughout the building wherever possible.

The cloakroom will be closed, so please keep your belongings to a minimum.

Cashless Payments

All purchases can be made using contactless or card payment methods – it’s quicker, reduces contact and is more secure. We’re no longer accepting cash payments, although you might need some cash for parking and merchandise for some shows.

Refreshments will be available to pre-order including delivery to your seat. Order now

More team members will be in the venue to help guide you and to answer any questions you may have.
